Clarus Systems (News - Alert) announced the latest release of ClarusIPC Plus+ 2.6.3, which includes support for Cisco (News - Alert) Unified Communications Manager 8.0 and enhancements to its performance monitoring, traffic analysis, and call utilization features. Clarus Systems is a leading provider of integrated VoIP management software and services for Cisco Unified Communications (News - Alert).

“ClarusIPC Plus+ 2.6.3, combined with our previous enhancements over the last two years, continues Clarus’ evolution from an automated testing solution to a full Cisco VoIP management suite,” said Gurmeet S. Lamba, senior CP of Product Development at Clarus Systems. “Our latest version offers essentials in end-to-end VoIP management in what we identify as our Four Pillars: Automated Testing, Performance Monitoring, Configuration Management and Business Intelligence.”

“Users will also realize benefits from the enhanced Call Utilization which provides monitoring and long term trending of Route Lists/Groups, including SIP trunks,” Lamba added.

The metamorphosis of ClarusIPC Plus+ has been validated by the adoption and implementation by Fortune 100 Enterprise customers in key verticals such as financial, healthcare, energy as well as government and education. In addition, many major Cisco Gold Channel Partners have become Clarus resellers and use ClarusIPC Plus+ to deliver technology consulting and managed services.

At the recent VoiceCon Conference, Brendan Reidy, CEO of Clarus Systems, said that the company’s value proposition is rooted in simplicity, comprehensiveness and fast implementation.

“Customers rely on the Clarus product suite for the combination of features they get in one integrated package, saving their IT teams the duress of buying one tool for monitoring, another for reporting and a third for testing,” Reidy said. “Our products continue to be designed for ease of set-up, ease of use and integration with existing network management tools. The customer benefits from our rich feature set without the need dedicate resources and time to learn complicated VoIP management software.”
