Sprint Launches Approach to Simplify Mobile Devices Selections for Small Businesses

Sprint (News - Alert) has launched a new approach to simplify the selection of mobile devices and plans by small businesses. Sprint offers more value and the best options for small businesses starting a new business, expanding with new employees or upgrading to the latest devices and mobile technology.

 
The launch of the new approach follows Sprint’s announcement of the formation of its Small Business specialty team. The specialty team will improve Sprint’s focus on the small business market segment by dedicating resources, customizing products and developing special offers for small business owners.
 
The new approach simplifies how small businesses select the best devices and pricing plans to meet their specific requirements. The Sprint approach will enable small businesses to choose from popular and trusted business devices like smart phones, Nextel Direct Connect phones and Mobile Broadband devices.
 
In addition, the available pricing plans offer substantial cost savings over comparable plans from AT&T (News - Alert) and Verizon. Plans also provide more as they come with unlimited Nextel Direct Connect and Group Connect, as well as unlimited Mobile to Office with unlimited domestic calling to and from a designated wireline number.
 
Moreover, customers will receive one month of free Mobile Broadband with activation of Mobile Broadband service and device as well as activation of new voice service for a limited period.
 
The Sprint Everything Data Share plan and Business Advantage Messaging and Data plan available in the new approach include the new Any Mobile, Anytime voice feature. This enables customers to have unlimited mobile-to-mobile calling from the Sprint network to and from any wireless phones on any U.S. wireless carrier network at any time. In addition, small businesses can avail additional monthly discounts by signing up for Sprint's Volume Discounts for Business or vertical and industry discount programs.
 
According to Tom Shaughnessy, managing director of small business at Sprint, the mix of network assets and an expanding portfolio of business products enables Sprint to deliver customized offers. The Sprint approach offers more value, flexibility and simplicity than anyone else in the industry. Small business solutions are available through Sprint’s Business Markets Group.
