Unified360, a unified communications solutions provider, has announced the deployment of a Cisco Voice over IP solution for the Vaquero Club, a private country club, which provides its members with state-of-the-art facilities and services.

Unified360 officials claimed the new system combines its VoIP offering with Cisco’s (News - Alert) UC technology in a strategic and planned effort to provide guests and members with wireless solution bringing together all voice and data communications into an integrated solution. Unified360 introduced not only a VoIP solution went one step further and improved their overall communications network by reducing the number of carriers from 3 to 1, thus simplifying their billing.

“Unified360 has been instrumental in designing, deploying, and managing our Cisco Voice over IP phone system,” said Casey Paulson, general manager of Vaquero Club. “Our locations are very spread out and had challenges that Unified360 had to overcome. They respond quickly to our calls and understand the importance to our members and guests. The cost savings we will realize will make a very positive impact on our business.”

Unified360, a premier partner with Cisco Systems (News - Alert), attributes its success to the knowledge and ability to understand network environments and customer requirements, while delivering streamlined solutions that can enhance revenue while controlling cost.

“As Unified360 became engaged with The Vaquero Club, many challenges were vented by their leadership team,” said Jim Barker, president and chief executive officer of Unified360. “They had a legacy phone system with very difficult feature functionality and five facilities that could not communicate with one another or their members effectively.”

Recently, Unified360 reportedly made a significant upgrade to Baylor Surgical Hospital at Fort Worth, Texas. The enhancements included deployment of Cisco’s communications platform in the hospital. In addition, Unified360’s solutions also helped the hospital to reduce monthly telecom expenses by $3,311 per month.

In the second week of August, Unified360 reportedly launched their suite of managed services including e-mail security, hosted exchange service, Web security, message continuity, remote monitoring, and global N.O.C. services.
