Sir Terry Matthews Accepts Keynote Speaker Invitation for ITEXPO West

TMC’s (News - Alert) received an RSVP of acceptance from IT industry icon Sir Terry Matthews, who will deliver a Keynote address to the audience of ITEXPO West 2009 and 4GWE Conference, at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles.
Following a career that’s seen him found more than 70 companies in the communications-technology industry, Matthews has been dubbed a living legend in communications.
“I believe the opportunity to hear Terry’s views on technology, telecom, and entrepreneurship alone is worth the trip to ITEXPO (News - Alert), and I’m looking forward to seeing Terry in Los Angeles,” said Rich Tehrani (News - Alert), TMC president and ITEXPO conference chairman.
As a leader in the telecom industry, Matthews will share his views on technology, telecom and entrepreneurship during the Keynote on Wednesday, Sept. 2.
“Terry Matthews (News - Alert) is a true giant in the telecom industry – or any industry for that matter – helping to launch more than 70 companies, and employing tens-of-thousands of people along the way,” said Tehrani, adding that Matthews is a true living historical encyclopedia on tech, telecom and entrepreneurship.
Matthews is very active in various telecom communities.
“Sir Terry is very active in our space today with Magor networks providing HD Telepresence (News - Alert) systems and his Benbria and Telidio wireless companies,” said Carl Ford, Co Founder of Crossfire Media and Chairman of the 4G Wireless Evolution event collocated at ITEXPO.
