Mathew Knowles and Music World Entertainment Announce the Appointment of Several New Executives to the Music World Entertainment Staff

Lynn Scott has been appointed to Vice President
of Marketing, Jennifer Carlson - Vice President of Digital Strategy and
Emerging Technologies, and Penny Lazo - National Director of Sales, it was
announced today by Mathew Knowles, President and CEO of Music World
Entertainment.

Lynn Scott, Vice President of Marketing: Ms. Scott joined the Music World
Entertainment Records in mid 2007. Ms. Scott will oversee all marketing
aspects for Music World Music as well as work on new business and brand
building with strategic partners on the Music World Entertainment side.
Ms. Scott is a 17-year music industry executive who has held various
positions in marketing and management for Flavor Unit Entertainment, Motown
Records, and Kedar Entertainment.

Jennifer Carlson, Vice President of Digital Strategy and Emerging
Technologies for Music World Entertainment and Beyond Productions: Ms.
Carlson will oversee all digital initiatives and web site creation for both
MWE and Beyond Productions including the development and implementation of
online strategies, internet alliances and development and production of all
web sites. Ms. Carlson comes to MWE after most recently consulting for MSN
Music, Bad Boy Entertainment, Kedar Entertainment Group and Ruff Ryders
Entertainment. Prior to freelancing, Ms. Carlson served as Director of New
Media at Universal Motown Record Group and Blue Flame Marketing and
Advertising. Ms. Carlson is an industry veteran of nearly 20 years.

Penny Lazo, National Director of Sales: Penny Lazo joins Music World Music
after most recently being at Big Machine Records where she served as
National Director of Sales and Marketing. Ms. Lazo worked with artists
Taylor Swift, Trisha Yearwood, Jack Ingram, Danielle Peck, and Sunny
Sweeny. Prior to Big Machine, she spent five years at Universal Music
Group Distribution where she held various sales and marketing positions. A
native of Louisiana, Ms. Lazo received her degree at University of Texas at
Dallas.
