DOLMAR Power Products Selects ARI's PartSmart(R) Electronic Parts Catalog; Selection Expands ARI's Presence in the International Marketplace
MILWAUKEE --(Business Wire)-- June 22, 2006 -- ARI (OTCBB:ARIS), a leading provider of technology-enabled business solutions that help equipment dealers build sales and profits, announced today that DOLMAR GmbH of Hamburg, Germany has selected ARI's PartSmart(R) electronic parts catalog for use by its more that 900 dealers and distributors in the U.S. and Canada.
Under the agreement, ARI will manage, convert, distribute and support DOLMAR's electronic parts catalog. ARI and DOLMAR are currently working to complete the initial data conversion and publication of the PartSmart catalog which will include DOLMAR's power products for grounds care, forestry, agriculture, utility, construction and industrial applications. The first catalog is expected to be available this summer and will be updated quarterly.
